1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective products. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Eligibility
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Disposable vapes with broken seals cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
Contact us with your order number and photos of the defect. We'll arrange pickup or provide a return address.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds go to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
E-liquids with broken seals, used disposable vapes, and products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
