Privacy Policy

When you place an order with Vape Shop Delhi — whether through our website, WhatsApp, or phone — we collect the information needed to fulfil your delivery, including your name, phone number, delivery address in Delhi NCR, and order details.

If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we may keep a record of that conversation so we can assist you with recommendations, order updates, and support.

We do not collect sensitive payment details. All payments (UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery) are processed securely, and card details are never stored by us.

We use your information only to:

• Process and deliver your vape orders across Delhi and Delhi NCR.
• Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and support messages.
• Improve our products, services, and your experience with our vape store.
• Respond to your enquiries and provide personalised recommendations.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Your details are shared only with our delivery partners to the extent needed to complete your order.

Our website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which vape products and pages are most popular in Delhi. This helps us improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access. Your privacy is also protected physically — every order from our vape shop is packed in plain, discreet packaging with no branding, so your delivery remains completely confidential.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will respond promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our vape store after changes means you accept the revised policy.
