Shipping Policy

We deliver across Delhi and Delhi NCR — including South Delhi, Dwarka, Rohini, Connaught Place, Saket, Hauz Khas, Lajpat Nagar, Karol Bagh, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp — we will do our best to arrange delivery.

Orders confirmed before 3 PM are typically delivered the same day in most parts of Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida — usually within 4–6 hours. Orders placed later in the day are delivered the next morning.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,000. A small delivery fee applies to orders below ₹1,000, depending on your location in Delhi NCR. Your final delivery charge is confirmed before you place the order.

Once you confirm your order on WhatsApp or phone, our team verifies product availability and payment details. You receive a confirmation message with your expected delivery window before dispatch.

Your privacy is our priority. Every order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product names visible from the outside — so your vape delivery remains completely confidential.

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, we will contact you to reschedule. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.
